Yes. Each venture is built with partners around it: independent providers and suppliers, technology and integration partners, and businesses whose customers a platform serves. A partnership is agreed per venture, under that venture’s own terms.

Does Nexora provide technology services to third parties?

No. Nexora is not a software agency and does not build platforms for clients. The technology, operating know-how and infrastructure it develops go into its own ventures.

Day to day, yes. Samara has its own brand, platform, terms and policies, and its own relationship with customers and participating providers. H&B Nexora Limited is the parent company: it developed Samara and provides the technology and operational infrastructure it runs on.
